RFC3550 defines the capability to extend the RTP header. This line defines extensions which will be used in RTP headers so that the receiver can decode it correctly and extract the metadata. In this case the browser is indicating that we are going to include information on the audio level in the RTP header as defined in RFC6464.
The innovaphone devices allow you to specify the IP v4 TOS header field value used for voice and signalling IP packets. The configured value directly maps to the the header field of the IP packets. The IP ToS header field in the innovaphone device configuration must be provided as hexadecimal value for the 8-bit ToS field of the IP packet.

Now coming to RTSP interleave case, the RTP packets and the RTSP commmands both are sent over the same protocol on the same port, the RTP packets are preceeded by a small header and interleaved with the RTSP commands, what I am looking to get done is to somehow decode these interleaved RTP packets and see the RTP header values and extract the encoded stream.
